1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BendWith ("we", "us", or "our"), including our secure Vless & Hysteria VPN tunneling, premium network nodes, and software configurations (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan (Monthly Protection, 1-Year Security, or 2-Year Anonymity). Payments are processed securely via our designated payment gateway, Midtrans. Plan access is granted for the duration of the purchased term and can be renewed by initiating a new payment or contacting support.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:
- Engaging in any illegal conduct, hacking, or distribution of malware.
- Transmitting copyright-infringing materials or violating intellectual property rights.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
- Attempting to disrupt or compromise the integrity and security of our nodes or infrastructure.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BendWith shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
